TERMS OF SERVICE - PlugFitSA

1. GENERAL
By placing an order with PlugFitSA, you agree to these terms.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All prices are in ZAR. We accept EFT, Card, and Payflex. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

3. SHIPPING
Delivery takes 3-5 business days across South Africa. Risk transfers to you once the courier collects the parcel.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
See our Returns page. 14 day return window for store credit/exchange only. Items must be unworn with tags.

5. PRODUCT ACCURACY
We try to display colors accurately. Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screens.

6. LIABILITY
PlugFitSA is not liable for courier delays or lost parcels once handed to the courier.
