1. SHIPPING POLICY

Free Delivery Over R2000!
- Orders under R2000: R99 flat fee
- Orders over R2000: FREE delivery
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after payment confirmation

- Tracking number sent via email chaukeandile986@gmail.com

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
Eligible for return:
• Damaged on arrival (photo required)
• Wrong item sent
• Unopened & unused within 30 days

Not eligible:
• Opened/used creams (hygiene reasons)
• After 30 days

To return: email chaukeandile986@gmail.com with order number + photo.
Refunds processed in 5-7 business days to original payment via Paystack.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only name, phone, email & address to deliver your order.
Payments are 100% secure via Paystack - we NEVER store your card numbers.
We never sell your data.
Data stored securely in Shopify.
