Return Window:
You have 14 days from delivery to return items for store credit or exchange.

How to Return:
1. WhatsApp us on 079 471 3984 to log a return
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
3. Return shipping is covered by customer unless item is faulty

Refunds:
Store credit or exchange only. Refunds to original payment method within 7-10 business days once we receive the item.

Faulty Items:
Contact us within 48 hours. We will cover return shipping for faulty items.
